As a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in medical-surgical settings, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to homebound patients and their families.
In this position, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to homebound patients and their families
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Current Illinois RN license required
- At least one year of medical-surgical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
