**Accounts Payable Leader**

This role oversees the timely and accurate payment of vendors, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon terms. The Accounts Payable Leader will direct a team of specialists and team leads, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Accounts Payable operations to ensure timely payments and adherence to vendor agreements
  • Oversee a group of team leads and specialists, offering direction and support for growth and development
  • Foster a positive culture within the team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field
  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • 5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume setting (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP system (an asset)

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in Accounts Payable management.
