Job Description:

As a skilled medical claims examiner, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing information and resolving payment denials. This includes analyzing statements and claim forms, verifying accuracy, and coordinating corrections with assigned staff. You will also reconcile billing statements to payments, research errors, and make necessary corrections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, preferably in skilled nursing. Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD10 codes. Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applicable tax guidelines and tax laws. PointClickCare experience required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration preferred.

Key Qualifications:

Corporate biller with experience in skilled nursing billing. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD10 codes. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills.
