ORIENTATION: $100/day – All Company Drivers (OTR/Mileage, Hourly and Per Day) COMPANY OTR/MILEAGE DRIVER (Mileage Pay) : TFY is actively looking for OTR drivers to drive 10,000 miles per month. Payrate is on a sliding scale. The more you work, the more you get paid. Starting pay $0.50/mile Earn $5,940 per month when 11,000 monthly safe miles are driven Earn $6,720 per month when 12,000 monthly safe miles are driven Annual pay $71,280 when driver averages 11,000 miles per month Annual pay $80,640 when driver averages 12,000 miles per month Stop offs = $25 Detention = $15/hour after 2 hours with $120 max 2020-2025 trucks equipped with EPU, fridge inverter for your convenience. All trucks are equipped with outward facing cameras and crash mitigation systems for safety. Over 20% of our drivers have over 1 million miles with TFY REQUIREMENTS: At least 22 years old Valid Class A CDL in state of residence 12 Months of Experience in the Past 16 Months Live within hiring area Experience hauling 53' trailer * Drive 10,000 miles per month No DUIs or failed/refused drug tests * Minimum expectation is 10K miles per month. Cannot turn down freight TFY offers a full benefit package with: Health, Dental, Vision, Group Life, Voluntary Life, Paid Vacation industry best matching 401K. Insurance effective 1stmonth after 60 days employment 401k available after one year. If employee participates at 6%, TFY matches to 7.5% Paid Vacation after one year $500, after five years $1000 One passenger allowed with monthly purchase of passenger insurance. Eligible pet allowed with pet deposit.
