Mileage Paid on Practical Miles. $15.00 Drop Pay (Based on Industry Standard – 1st P/U and Last Delivery are Free). Detention – $15hr paid after 2 hours and all procedures are followed Layover $35.00 per day. Unloading – Reimbursed At Customer Rate.
