Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/30/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 41 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel PT Home Health Shift: 5X8 M – F 8am - 4pm Daily Caseload per tech: 5-6 units Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Possibly after interview CERTS: BLS BJC policy: Every other weekend required Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? No Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No Open to accommodating block schedule? NA Locals accepted: (Y/N) Yes Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days; provide requests and BJC will determine if able to approve or choose another day if possible. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs. Special Requirements: • Department - BJC Home Health in Glen Carbon, Il., consists of a Multidiscipline Team, Geriatrics and middle age, no pediatric patients. • Patient Dx - Ortho, cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, Diabetes, other. • Case management skills, independent, time manage and organizational skill, patient centered goals, supervising PTA, Team Player, knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, flexibility, positive attitude, provide excellent quality care. Hospital Highlights Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Epic Orientation: with preceptor Parking: There is large space for parking at the office.
