Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Location: Clinton, IL 61727 Shift/Schedule: Day Shift Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Duration: 13 Weeks Job Description: - • Performs diagnostic procedures requiring the use of equipment that produces ionizing radiation. • Ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of human structure and function, as well as the knowledge and skills to identify each patient’s requirement relative to his or her age specific needs. • Candidate must also be familiar with principles of patient care, radiographic exposure, radiation protection, and specialized technique as required for a radiologic technologist. • CT and Mammography experience required. Day shift, schedule will include weekend and on-call rotation. • Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiology program with Radiologic Technologist registration with the State of Illinois. • BLS Certification and ARRT Certification required. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more and may be exposed to communicable diseases. “We are an equal opportunity employer.
