Jefferson Wells is partnering with our Premier Client in Kane County to hire a Sr Tax Accountant with S-Corp and Partnership tax expertise . Location: Aurora/Naperville Area Work Type: Contract to Hire or Interim Consultant Compensation: $40 - $60/hour depending on experience level Start Date: Around June 16 Responsibilities This role is responsible for managing the Federal income and State income, sales, and property tax compliance function for multi-entity and private U.S. entities from research to accounting and return preparation, including assistance with internal and external tax advice and service Prepare accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns and other business-related filings of company and affiliates, as needed Assist in providing tax advice and service to Company its principals, affiliates, and joint-venture entities Qualifications Preferred Education: BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting Familiarity with SAP, Corptax, and research tools 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred.
