We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of all IT-related functions and infrastructure/systems as well as managing the IT vendors for the office. This includes planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining all IT systems and services while providing strategic IT input to senior management. The IT Manager will also provide technical support to employees and, with coordination from Anzu's legal team, ensure that the company's IT infrastructure is secure and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide technical support for Anzu employees
  • Oversee the maintenance, installation, and high availability of all in-office IT systems, including local networks, network appliances, NAS, and other infrastructure
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, review users and permissions regularly, licensing, budgeting, equipment management, and execute other related procedures required by Anzu security procedures
  • Own procurement, licensing, deployment, budgeting, automation, compliance, cross-platform integrations, and maintenance of office software applications and hardware, including Google Workspace, jumpCloud, Perimeter 81, Sentinel one, Slack, Office 365, and others
  • Build relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure services/products are delivered as agreed
  • Maintain the security of the IT infrastructure with the help of a 3rd party security firm and lead office IT topics in ISO 27001 audits, and other auditory and compliance functions
  • Work with Anzu's legal team to ensure we are compliant with all applicable local and international InfoSec laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of strong experience in IT management
  • Strong technical skills in networking, systems administration, security, and industry best practices
  • Prioritization of core IT functions, leaving room to work with our CISO and legal on industry & company-wide policies
  • Excellent project management, time management, and record-keeping skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (big advantage)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recognized security industry standards, certifications and leading practices (e.g., SOX, ISO27001/2/3, ISO 27018, PCI, OWASP, NIST, DIA, CIS, etc.)
  • Strong experience with IT/ Office software & operating systems: Jira, Jumpcloud, Google Workspace, Perimeter 81, SentinelOne (or other SIEMs), and SMPs (inc. SSO best practices)
  • Experience working with remote international offices
