ARBITRIP is a dynamic and fast-growing startup in travel and hotel technology. The company develops smart platforms that simplify the booking process for hotels, providing personalized, cost-effective, and seamless travel experiences for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks across multiple companies within the group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
- Oversee bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely billing and collections
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, legal, and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification – Must
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role experience in tech or travel sectors - an advantage
- Strong understanding of IFRS; knowledge of US GAAP – a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (Priority, SAP, NetSuite, etc.) and Excel
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
