Job Description:  

• Perform screening of attractive markets and companies to help with sourcing of opportunities.
• Prepare due diligence packs for the investment team, providing relevant, informative materials.
• Conduct interviews with industry experts and prospective companies.
• Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team.
• Perform all pertinent financial analyses, including LBOs and detailed operating models.
• Draft investment memorandum and marketing materials for the investment team.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Candidates should also have:

• Minimum 2+ years' of Investment Banking or Private Equity related experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage tight timelines and prioritize diverse tasks
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements
• Ability to partner across teams, summarize issues, develop recommendations, and make decisions
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter
• An energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Hebrew is helpful but not a prerequisite.
