As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will lead the analytics of the company's marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, uncover insights, and improve marketing performance at scale. You will be using advanced statistical analysis techniques and dashboarding tools. You will help us make smart, data-driven decisions, and support the company's growth.  

Responsibilities: 

Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure the impact of marketing activities and optimize performance.Design and implement advanced BI reports and features to generate actionable insights (e.g., LTV, ROI forecasting, automation).Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing trends, user acquisition, and engagement to uncover growth opportunities.Collaborate with the game analytics team and studios to refine player experience and maximize retention.Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making and recommend accordinglyDefine analytics and table schemes for marketing.Build dashboards and monitor important marketing KPIs.
Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and SQL.BA/BSC degree in Economics, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or any other quantitative field.Experience in gaming or marketing companies is a plus Experience working with mobile measurement partners - strong advantage.Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc. Looker- advantage).Experience working with GCP - advantage Python skills – advantage
