במסגרת התפקיד:

  • מתן תמיכה טכנית ותפעולית לתחנות קצה, כולל אבחון, תיקון תקלות והתקנות תוכנה וחומרה.
  • אחריות על תחזוקה שוטפת ושדרוג מערכות הפעלה, בדגש על סביבת Microsoft (יתרון לידע במערכות לינוקס).
  • עבודה עם כלי Office ומתן תמיכה למשתמשים במערכות הארגוניות.
  • השתתפות בפרויקטים טכנולוגיים ותהליכי שיפור תשתיות IT.
  • עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים, תוך מתן שירות מקצועי ואדיב.

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בארגון גדול- חובה.
  • ניסיון בסביבת דומיין, תמיכה וטיפול בתחנות קצה (חומרה / תוכנה)- חובה.
  • שליטה מלאה במערכות הפעלה וOFFICE (מיקרוסופט) , תקלות, DEBUGING- חובה.
  • הסמכה מקצועית של טכנאי PC.
  • הכרות עם מערכת הפעלה LINUX- יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון בתקשורת – עבודה על מתגים, NAC- יתרון.
  • הסמכה מקצועית – MCSE/MCITP- יתרון.
  • עבודה עם POWERSHELL- יתרון.
