LucidBit Labs is a boutique cybersecurity research company. We research complex software systems, uncover and mitigate security flaws in popular software, and research cyber attacks to help organizations strengthen their security posture.

We are looking for an experienced
Web Security Researcher
to join our team. In this role, you'll research various types of web/mobile/AI based attacks, and design innovative mitigations.

Responsibilities

  • Research advanced phishing attacks.
  • Design defenses against sophisticated attacks,
    write POCs, and assess their effectiveness
    .
  • Research Javascript code and mechanisms.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest cyber attacks trends and techniques.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-6 years of proven cyber security research experience, with focus on web technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Javascript and browsers security related concepts - deobfuscation, debugging, devtools, SOP, CORS etc.
  • Experience with analyzing advanced phishing attacks.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical subjects, both in writng and verbally, in English.

Preferred:

  • Experience with pentesting.
  • Experience with mobile security research.
  • Familiarity with account takeover attacks.
  • Experience with malware analysis.
