We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative financial technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the FinTech ecosystem, excellent product management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer insights to shape product direction.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Monitor key product metrics to measure success, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user guides and release notes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on FinTech or financial services.
  • Proficiency in product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs is a plus.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional products and navigating compliance considerations.
