technology startup at the forefront of AI-powered data infrastructure, is looking to hire a
Data Product Engineer
to join its founding team. This innovative company is reimagining how organizations interact with their
data warehouses
, offering a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to streamline and scale enterprise data workflows.

The company recently raised a
$25 million seed round
, underscoring strong investor confidence in its vision and technology. This funding is enabling rapid growth and product development, and this role presents an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.

This hybrid role combines data engineering, product strategy, and direct customer collaboration. You'll work closely with global enterprise clients to understand their business needs and co-create tailored data solutions using the company's rapidly evolving platform. Your insights will directly influence the product roadmap as you help bridge the gap between customers and internal development teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise along with a customer-centric mindset, capable of translating complex data requirements into scalable architectures. This position is particularly suited for professionals with experience in presales, solutions architecture, or product-oriented roles who are passionate about working in fast-paced, startup environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and design partners to understand use cases and build data solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable data architectures and provide actionable product feedback.
  • Create proof-of-concepts and integrate modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Redshift).
  • Influence product development by working closely with engineering and product teams.
  • Develop implementation templates, guides, and documentation to streamline onboarding.
  • Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous product improvement.

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years in data engineering, architecture, or technical presales/product roles.
  • Experience working directly with global enterprise clients in technical or product-facing roles.
  • Expertise in tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Databricks, and Airflow.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong SQL proficiency and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English with the ability to manage and grow global client relationships.
  • A builder's mentality — adaptable, iterative, and excited by ambiguity and rapid development.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to AI or LLM-based systems, especially conversational data interfaces.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS integration practices (SSO, RBAC, APIs).
  • Experience in early-stage startups building version-1 infrastructure or data products.

Location
: This is a hybrid position with two in-office days per week in Tel Aviv and the remainder remote.
