We are currently seeking a dynamic ETAC Engineerto contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.As an ETAC Engineer, you will:Take full ownership of complex technical issues, including:Initial troubleshootingIdentifying root causesResolving issues and ensuring proper communicationLead internal escalations and collaborate closely with TAC and R&D teamsDesign and maintain the FortiEDR knowledge base to ensure it remains accurate and up to dateProvide product feedback and technical insights to internal teamsManage internal projects related to TAC and on-premises customers, including:Training initiativesSupport readiness for new product releasesExecute DevOps operations to support continuous operations in private and public cloud environments (GCP, AWS)We Are Looking For:An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team.
