How you'll be impactful:

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will act as a financial advisor for our Barges business unit and play a crucial role in driving smarter, faster decisions. This role will be hands-on – building models, digging into data, and partnering with leaders across the company to shape strategy and improve performance. 

What you'll be doing:

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans.Deliver monthly performance reporting including variance analysis, KPIs, and executive-level presentations.Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze financial results, identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.Develop and maintain revenue models.Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure timely and accurate reporting of revenue and related KPIs. Drive process improvements and help us scale our FP&A capabilities. Support strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, new product launches, and go-to-market investments.Report to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis based in San Francisco, USA and collaborate with a dynamic global team which will involve evening meetings to connect across time zones.

What you'll need to be successful:

4+ years of experience working in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills; experience with BI or planning tools (Tableau, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite) a plus.Solid understanding of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics.Proven ability to build and manage complex models.Comfortable working with large data sets and distilling them into clear takeaways.Strong business partner able to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.A self-starter who takes initiative, drives projects forward, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
