We are seeking a
talented and motivated Supply Chain & Planning Manager
to join our company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead
    supply and demand planning
    for all company products.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor
    production plans
    , balancing business opportunities with potential risks.
  • Build and manage
    ERP-based planning tools
    to support operational efficiency.
  • Create and manage
    internal demand processes
    within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate and oversee
    material movements
    between global production sites.
  • Support
    NPI (New Product Introduction)
    by implementing new products into the ERP system.
  • Manage
    product lifecycle activities
    in Agile, including finished goods item management.
  • Gather requirements from internal teams and collaborate with the
    information systems team
    to develop new tools and enhance existing ones.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in
    Planning/Operations roles within the semiconductor industry
    .
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    with a proven track record in
    data-driven decision making
    .
  • Ability to
    thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    and effectively
    prioritize multiple tasks
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    supply chain processes
    ,
    NPI (New Product Introduction)
    , and
    material planning systems
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    ERP/MRP systems
    ,
    AI-driven tools
    , and
    data analysis platforms
    for supply chain management.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills in English
    .
