We provide a seamless, interest-free, and fee-free payment plan for patients, ensuring providers enjoy expedited cash flow and higher repayment rates.

As we establish our core development team in Israel, we are in search of a seasoned Backend Developer to produce scalable FinTech software solutions. As a senior developer, it is hard to overstate the impact you'll have on our product and company trajectory.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with product managers and other software engineers to build groundbreaking user-centric products that change peoples lives.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
  • Implement new features and user interfaces, keeping mobile-first always on top of your mind.
  • Provide tech guidance to other team members.
  • Help the team succeed as a whole.
  • Have a chance to influence the architecture and design of the product.
  • Take part in architectural decisions and discussions.
  • Solve complex problems, create object models, define APIs, build web services, and more.
  • Work directly with others (engineers and other internal stakeholders) to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development — Must
  • 3+ years of production experience with — Must
  • Experience with TypeScript — Advantage
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and product thinking
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing testing platforms, including unit and integration tests
  • Solid experience in data modeling and schema design, particularly with PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS
  • Proven record of leading development projects and driving them to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
