Head of Engineering Proven experience leading engineering teams, preferably in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment. Strong track record of managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering high-quality software iteratively. Deep experience in building and operating SaaS platforms on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Strong architectural background with big data systems : prior experience in solutions that scale.
