sharp, hands-on Assistant Controller
to join our growing finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a lean and high-performing team in the heart of Israel's private tech investment ecosystem. You'll work closely with senior leadership, have broad exposure across fund operations, and play a key role in shaping our financial processes as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
- Help manage regulatory and tax filings
- Contribute to fund administration and operational workflows
- Work directly with the Fund Controller and CFO on strategic financial projects
What We're Looking For
- CPA-qualified
(must) - 2 – 4 years of experience, ideally from a
Big 4 accounting firm - Experience with VC/PE clients –
a strong advantage - Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in
English
(written and verbal) - Detail-oriented, proactive, and
comfortable wearing multiple hats - A
team player
with an "ownership" mindset and strong work ethic
