Assistant Controller

Location: Kfar Sava, IL (hybrid)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our accounting team.In this role, you'll be involved in the full finance cycle from monthly, quarterly, and annual close to tax compliance, SOX controls, and close collaboration with our U.S. teams and external auditors.

What You'll Do: 

• Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Prepare tax returns, exposures, and other statutory reports
• Work closely with external auditors during interim and annual audits
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls processes
• Assist in managing hedging activities
• Collaborate with finance teams in the US
• Support ad-hoc financial tasks

What We Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA license – Mandatory
• 2–3 years of audit experience from a Big 4 accounting firm – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• High-level English skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of NetSuite – Advantage
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Independent, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills
• Great organizational and time management skills
