Job Description

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies, recruit partners aligning with Wix's brand, and nurture relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure affiliate success

  • Negotiate and close deals with regard to our partnership ventures

  • Analyze results and optimize performance according to various KPIs

  • Use your strong understanding of ROI analysis to develop effective deal terms

  • Meet deadlines, prioritize and push multiple projects forward simultaneously

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the affiliate program

Qualifications

  • Excellent English, writing and speaking

  • Able to interpret data to optimize performance.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
