The focus of this role is managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.

Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated Payroll Controller to join us.
The focus of this role is managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.
- Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner
- Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees
- Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions
- Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
- Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
- Work closely with the various teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll-related inquiries
- Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy
Your Experience & Skills
- Certified Payroll Controller
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies - Must
- Deep knowledge of Excel - Must
- Deep knowledge of Hilan - Must
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite - Must
- Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll laws and tax regulations
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Timesheet tracking analysis; includes follow up with employees and managers for timely entry and approval
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; escalate as appropriate
- Multi tasker and able to work in fast pace organization at scale
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
