A leading SaaS startup is looking for an
experienced and highly motivated Software Project Manager
to lead a large-scale, strategic project with significant business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software projects — from planning and design to development, testing, and delivery.
  • Coordinate between R&D, Product, Design, QA, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Define project goals, KPIs, and success metrics in alignment with company strategy.
  • Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and continuously optimize workflows.
  • Identify risks and drive proactive solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience managing complex software projects.
  • Proven experience in SaaS environments – advantage.
  • Solid technical background and ability to communicate effectively with developers and engineers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of English – written and spoken.
