Senior Customer Focus Engineer, Generative AI- Prompt Security

What are we looking for?We're looking for a versatile, customer-focused Engineer to support and enhance our GenAI Endpoint Security suite.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, working closely with customers, and improving real-world product reliability.
You'll operate across a modern stack built on , Python in addition to endpoint technologies for macOS, Windows, and major browsers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across our GenAI endpoint solutions.
- Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to reproduce issues and drive fixes.
- Optimize endpoint agents and browser extensions for performance, reliability, and low resource usage.
- Participate in customer calls to provide deep technical insights and accelerate issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and propose scalable, long-term improvements.
- Build and refine platform-specific features for macOS, Windows, Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge.
- Stay current with OS and browser security trends and apply them to product enhancements.
- Leverage cutting-edge development practices and AI-powered tooling to accelerate delivery and enhance product quality.
- Strong experience with and Python.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and modern deployment workflows.
- Experience with web development, covering DOM manipulation, browser APIs, and networking.
- Background in customer-facing engineering or technical support roles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset suited for fast-paced startup environments.
- Knowledgeable with enterprise deployments of software using Intune, JAMF, Kendji or similar systems.
