About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in orchestrating amazing meetings and events? As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Project Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to execution. You'll be the go-to person for attendee communications, travel arrangements, and all things Cvent If you're a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for collaboration, we want to hear from you

You're Good At

• Navigating logistical tasks with ease and finesse.
• Mastering Cvent and managing event registration like a pro.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members.
• Keeping all event-related data organized and secure.
• Adapting to change and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

You Might Also Have

• A degree in a related field (BS/BA preferred).
• Experience in event planning or project management support.
• Previous exposure to registration or data management systems.
• Knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industry.
• A strong desire to grow and advance in your career with us

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Project Coordinator
is between $51,700 - $55,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
