Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, social, events, campaigns, etc.).
  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into visuals: craft clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • Partner with Marketing to design assets for campaigns, growth initiatives, and community.
  • Collaborate with Product Design to align brand and in-product experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with timelines.
  • Build, expand, and maintain our Brand Guidelines for internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to freelancers or agencies as needed.
  • Apply motion design and animation thinking to bring our brand to life through marketing videos, product explainers, and other visual storytelling formats.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in brand/Marketing design with strong hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience building or evolving a brand at a fast-growing company (fintech/tech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of motion and animation principles to craft impactful visual stories.
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, websites and marketing work.
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and meticulous execution.
  • Ownership mindset with end-to-end project leadership.
