Electrical & Control Engineer | Tnuva – Rehovot Dairy

Tnuva is looking for a senior Electrical & Control Engineer to lead and manage all electrical, control, and instrumentation systems at our Rehovot dairy site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the site's top authority in electrical, control, and instrumentation.
  • Lead engineering projects from planning to delivery, including feasibility, procurement, and contractor management (local and global).
  • Define technical specs for equipment purchases in accordance with company standards and electrical regulations.
  • Manage internal electrical/control teams and supervise external contractors.
  • Oversee electrical infrastructure (grid connection, HV/MV/LV systems, generators, UPS).
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and inspections of electrical systems.
  • Drive innovation, energy efficiency, and safety improvements.
  • Set spare parts policy and maintain project documentation.
  • Support maintenance operations and resolve control system issues.
  • Provide technical training and knowledge development for the team.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – required; M.Sc. – advantage
  • 5 years in engineering project management in process industry – required
  • Strong understanding of control systems and technical processes
  • Experience in the food industry – strong advantage
  • High-level English (spoken/written) – required
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and flexibility for non-standard hours and travel
