Job Overview:

We are seeking a
Experienced Project Manager
to lead a strategic project for a government company in Holon. This role combines traditional project management with implementation of advanced technologies, offering an opportunity to directly impact the lives of millions of Israeli citizens.

Location
: On-site at client offices in Holon (not hybrid)

Key Management Responsibilities:Full Project Lifecycle Management:

• Strategic Planning
  : Develop work methodologies, detailed timelines, budgets, and comprehensive work plans
• Execution & Leadership
  : Manage and coordinate all stakeholders - suppliers, consultants, internal teams, and external parties
• Monitoring & Control
  : Close tracking of progress, meeting goals and timelines, and early identification of risks and issues
• Reporting & Communication
  : Professional, ongoing reporting to organizational management, WebTech leadership, and all relevant stakeholders
• Quality Assurance
  : Ensure compliance with client requirements, technical specifications, and high-quality standards

Communication & Information Flow Management:

• Align expectations with all stakeholders and ensure full understanding of client requirements
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and update sessions
• Resolve conflicts and manage crises professionally
• Manage working hours and track resource consumption

Requirements:Education & Experience (Mandatory):

• Bachelor's degree
  in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience of 3+ years minimum
  in managing complex technological projects from start to finish
• Experience managing client-facing projects and working with multiple stakeholders

Professional Knowledge & Management Skills (Mandatory):

• Deep familiarity
  with project management methodologies: Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum
• Proficiency in project management systems
• Jira (significant advantage), Monday, MS Project
• Excellent management and organizational skills
• ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High-level interpersonal communication skills
• in Hebrew and English
• Leadership and team management abilities
• both internal teams and external suppliers
• Proficiency in technological tools
• content management systems, analysis tools, Office suite, dashboards
