בתפקיד- אחריות על ביצוע ניתוחים אנליטיים ,הפקת תובנות שיווקיות והוצאה לפועל של קמפיינים מבוססי דאטה לקהל הלקוחות של כל מותגי דלתא ישראל

(דלתא, פיקס, פנטה ריי Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body works) בערוצי המדיה השונים, הכנת תוצרים שיווקיים לתיקשורי המועדון משלב כתיבת הבריף ועד ההוצאה לפועל.

כפיפות למנהל מועדון הלקוחות.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

  • הגדרה והקמה של מסעות לקוח וקמפייני Email Marketing & SMS מבוססי נתונים.
  • מעקב אחרי מדדים, ביצוע טסטים ואופטימיזציה שוטפת של קמפיינים.
  •  ביצוע ניתוחי מכירות ולקוחות, של מועדון הלקוחות ואתרי הסחר של הקבוצה. הכנה ובנייה של דו"חות שוטפים מבוססי נתונים.
  •  עבודה עם מערכות כגון: InforU, Qlik Sense, Google Analytics, Emarsys, Optimove ועוד.
  • הפקה ובנייה של דוחות שוטפים לתובנות שיווקיות.
  •  כתיבת בריפים שיווקיים ובניית גאנט תקשורים מול כלל מותגי הקבוצה.
  • ממשקי עבודה פנימיים וחיצוניים: שיווק, מכירות, מערכות מידע, ספקי מדיה, דיגיטל ועוד.
Requirements
  • תואר ראשון רלוונטי (כלכלה, מנהל עסקים, שיווק, סטטיסטיקה)
  • לפחות 2 שנות ניסיון בתחום Retention & Marketing Automation או Email Marketing או PPC בעולמות השיווק והמדיה הדיגיטלית
  •  יכולות אנאליטית גבוהה ו שליטה טובה ב EXCEL
  •  אוריינטציה עסקית ויכולת עבודה מרובת ממשקים.
  • שליטה ב- GOOGLE ANALYTICS, שליטה במערכות דיוור – יתרון
  • עבודה עם מערכות CRM, A/B Testing, Marketing Automation - יתרון
  • אנגלית ברמה טובה
  • נדרשת חשיבה לוגית, חדה ויצירתית, יכולת עיבוד נתונים והצגת מידע, ירידה לפרטים, מיקוד וריכוז גבוה.
  • כישורי ניסוח גבוהים ויכולת כתיבת בריפים שיווקיים – יתרון.
