About the role:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Members & Customers, delivering WOW service across all communication channels. You'll respond to queries, process orders, and provide coaching, guidance, and product education to support business growth. The role also involves attending and supporting  local events. Ensuring a high-quality experience at every interaction. Acting as an ambassador for Herbalife, you will maintain our brand image, celebrate Member successes, and contribute to achieving regional and company goals.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following:

  • Fluency in Hebrew and at least intermediate English (Russian/Arabic is a plus).
  • Positive, engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for exceeding Member expectations and supporting their success.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with strong attention to detail.
