Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a
Treasury Specialist
to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing the company's cash flow, payments, and bank relations, while driving efficiency and automation.

What will you do?

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity.
• Oversee supplier payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports.
• Support FX transactions and financing activities.
• Lead process improvements and contribute to automation projects.
• Collaborate with Controlling, Accounting, and other business units.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Treasury or FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Strong experience working with banks and financial institutions – advantage.
• High proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and execution excellence.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
