We're looking for a
VP of Product
to join our leadership team and partner directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role at the core of our growth journey, where you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Guardio's next generation of consumer security products. You'll own the roadmap for products that operate at internet scale, balancing cutting-edge technology, behavioral complexity, and an evolving threat landscape - all while building a product organization that sets the standard in our space.

What you'll do

• Shape the future of consumer security
  Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to define and evolve Guardio's long-term product roadmap - turning abstract threats like scams, fraud, and AI-driven abuse into simple, trusted protection for millions of people.
• Translate vision into an actionable roadmap
  by identifying the most critical opportunities (e.g. free-to-paid conversion, new consumer security layers, mobile-first expansion), balancing bold bets with disciplined execution.
• Design for scale and impact
  from building a sticky free tier that drives mass adoption, to crafting premium experiences that users are proud to pay for, you'll set the bar for how Guardio grows sustainably.
• Lead with data and insight
  use behavioral analytics, funnel analysis, and real-world threat intelligence to prioritize ruthlessly, validate quickly, and double down on what works.
• Work cross-functionally at the highest level
  partner with Engineering, Data, Growth, Security, and Customer Care to ensure Guardio's products are not only technologically robust, but intuitive, delightful, and trusted by millions.
• Drive innovation and experimentation,
  test bold product ideas - whether it's a new free tier entry point, AI-driven scam detection, or novel engagement loops - to stay ahead in one of the fastest-changing consumer categories.
• Own the impact
  define and track product success metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization, ensuring Guardio's product drives both user value and business growth.
• Be the product evangelist
  champion Guardio's vision internally and externally, shaping how employees, customers, partners, and even the market understand the future of consumer security.

What makes you a great fit

• Seasoned product leader
  with 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles driving high-growth products at scale.
• Proven track record scaling products
  with large user bases, ideally in data-rich, consumer-focused environments.
• Technical fluency
  comfortable diving into systems with engineers and data scientists, asking the right questions, and shaping product that works under the hood as well as on the surface.
• Hands-on with data-driven product development
  fluent in experimentation, funnel analysis, and turning insights into strategy. You balance intuition with evidence, and move fast without losing rigor.
• Strategic and executional
  equally at home defining long-term vision and rolling up your sleeves to ship features, run experiments, and refine UX flows.
• Builder of teams and culture
  proven ability to hire, grow, and inspire high-performing PMs and designers, while fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
• Passionate about Guardio's mission
  driven to protect consumers against scams, fraud, and evolving digital threats, and motivated by the chance to build products that millions trust with their safety.
