OpEx Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as an OpEx Analyst. This role involves financial planning, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic decision-making and support ongoing global business analysis.

This role is part of Global Finance, reports to the Global Budget Management and Control Manager and is located in Airport City, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and consolidate global OpEx data and analysis
• Quarter end close procedures, reconcile postings with financial reporting
• Perform intercompany cost center reconciliation
• Prepare comprehensive estimation of the group's total operating expenses
• Conduct OpEx analysis (actual vs. plan, year-over-year trends, etc.)
• Communicate and explain financial results to business owners
• Perform ad hoc analysis (e.g., labor and contract costs per department)
• Lead or support special projects based on business needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning or analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in global or matrix organizations is a plus
