Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Designing, building, and maintaining the company's frontend infrastructure and micro-frontend ecosystem.
• Developing scalable shared libraries, utilities, and tooling used across all product teams.
• Leading the creation and adoption of the company-wide design system.
• Driving frontend architecture standards, best practices, and technical decisions.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to solve cross-application challenges.
• Improving developer experience, build pipelines, and overall platform stability.
• Mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across the organization.

About You
You are a senior frontend engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for building scalable, company-wide infrastructure. You enjoy solving complex architectural challenges, leading projects end-to-end, and creating tools and systems that elevate the work of dozens of developers. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate clearly, and influence through technical leadership. You're comfortable working across the stack when needed, understand modern DevOps practices, and continuously look for ways to improve performance, developer experience, and UI consistency across large-scale applications
