DevOps Engineer

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the
implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day operation
of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

  • Infrastructure Implementation:
    Implement and maintain
    scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure components using
    Kubernetes (EKS)
    ,
    Terraform
    , and
    AWS
    templates and blueprints.
  • Monitoring & Observability:
    Operate and troubleshoot
    the existing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of applications. Configure new alerts and dashboards as needed.
  • CI/CD Maintenance:
    Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot
    existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes for development and production environments.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely
    with software engineering teams to assist with infrastructure needs, define application deployment configurations, and troubleshoot environment-specific issues.
  • Automation Focus:
    Assist in
    developing and maintaining automation scripts
    (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Process Improvement:
    Stay updated with core industry tools and technologies and propose improvements to existing infrastructure and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years
    of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer, supporting a production SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency (2+ years)
    with
    Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    , including hands-on experience with core services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
  • Solid practical experience with
    Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)
    , focused on deployment, scaling, and basic cluster administration.
  • Demonstrated experience
    using
    Terraform
    to manage and provision infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Working proficiency in scripting languages like
    Bash
    and
    Python
    for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Helm, Ansible).
  • Strong collaboration and clear documentation skills.
  • Good judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
