We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Automation Infrastructure Tech Lead
to drive our test automation efforts and lead our automation infrastructure excellence. This role is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, hands-on development, and acting as a Scrum Master for the team, ensuring our automation solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

As Automation Infrastructure Tech Lead, you will lead the development of automation infrastructure and services using and a BDD framework, collaborating closely with automation engineers and development teams. Additionally, you will design and implement test infrastructure for end-to-end, component, API, and UI testing, providing test automation infrastructure as a service for automation and development tea

ms.This role requires deep hands-on involvement, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of our product and its deployment environment

Your Role & Imp***

act· Architect, evolve, and scale test automation infrastructure for end-to-end, API, UI, and component tes

ts.· Provide mentorship, best practices, code reviews and technical guidance to automation and development tea

ms.· Facilitate Agile best practices by acting as a Scrum Master, managing task allocation based on priority and team capacity, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the te

am.· Own, develop, and maintain scalable test automation infrastructure across tea

ms.· Enhance and optimize BDD-based testing framework, improving efficiency and scalabili

ty.· Improve automation services and tools (e.g., reporting, debugging, and troubleshooting tool

s).· Analyze infrastructure failures, troubleshoot root causes, and drive improvements and stabili

ty.· Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignme

Require***

ments· 7+ years of experience in QA automation infrastructure development, with proven technical leadership experi

ence.· Strong programming skills and experience in test automation framew

orks.· Experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, serverl

ess).· Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolchains (e.g., Jenk

ins).· Hands-on experience with major cloud service providers (AWS preferred, GCP is an advant

age).· Familiarity with test reporting solutions (e.g., ReportPor

tal).· Understanding of BDD test automation frameworks (big advant

age).· Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technolo
