Center District, Israel ADAMA Ltd. Full time ₪90,000 - ₪120,000 per year

Position Overview

The
Head of Global Talent Acquisition (TA)
will be responsible for designing, building, and leading ADAMA's global TA function from the ground up. This is a pivotal, high-impact role that combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on execution. The role requires shaping the company's global hiring approach, establishing best-in-class practices, and embedding TA as a critical enabler of ADAMA's business growth.

This is not a legacy role — it is about creating something new: setting the global strategy, defining frameworks and governance, implementing new technologies and infrastructures, and building a cohesive TA community across all regions. The position blends leadership responsibilities (managing and mentoring a team of regional TA Partners across Europe, the Americas, APAC, Brazil, China and Israel) with functional expertise, ensuring global consistency while enabling regional flexibility.

The Head of Global TA will also partner closely with the regional HRBPs to align hiring strategies with business priorities, strengthen ADAMA's employer brand, enhance candidate experience worldwide, and co-lead critical leadership recruitments.

Key Responsibilities

Global Market Execution

  • Oversee and drive the recruitment practice across all regions, partnering with regional TA experts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans, balancing global alignment with local market needs.
  • Provide professional guidance, training, and tools to ensure excellence and consistency in recruitment delivery.
  • Serve as the focal point for escalations, driving swift solutions and best practices.
  • Monitor global TA performance using metrics and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement.

TA Excellence & Strategy

  • Define ADAMA's Global TA strategy, priorities, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and execute an annual Global TA workplan in collaboration with regional TA Partners.
  • Lead upskilling initiatives: onboarding, training, and mentoring TA professionals, HR managers and hiring managers.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain recruitment tools, platforms, and processes to support scale and efficiency.
  • Establish frameworks, policies, and governance to drive standardization where required while maintaining agility.

Leadership Hiring

  • Co-lead (together with HRBPs) our top 100 leaders' recruitment process, ensuring full JD alignment and calibration to ADAMA's standards.
  • Manage global executive hiring processes with professionalism, discretion, and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree – a strong advantage.
  • 10+ years of hands-on recruiting experience across multiple levels and functions in global companies
  • 2+ years of managing global recruitment teams – must.
  • Proven ability to design and scale recruitment infrastructures, processes, and tools across multiple geographies.
  • Data-driven mindset: skilled in using analytics and metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; proven ability to operate in a complex, matrix environment.
