We're looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join the invention and creation of the products at the data security team.

Key Responsibility:

  • Quickly grasp and understand complex systems, providing innovative solutions to challenging problems.
  • Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Java technologies.
  • Design new features from scratch based on a deep understanding of requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a known university.

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Backend Engineer in a global organization (Java-Preferred).

  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and familiarity with prompt engineering for coding tasks – a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) - a significant advantage.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, containerization, and Kubernetes - an advantage.
  • Experience in working with relational and NoSQL databases - an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in working within a multi-threaded environment.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Python - an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale distributed systems - an advantage.
