IRON FITNESS
, based in Hadera and an Israeli leader brand in functional and strength training equipment is looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead the brand's digital presence and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead all digital marketing activities (B2C & B2B).
  • Company's social media presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing agencies – plan, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
  • Initiate and develop new creative marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reports, and ROI.
  • Develop and manage content for the company's website and digital assets.
  • Define target audiences, segmentation, and lead generation strategies.
  • Work according to marketing Gantt plans, foster collaborations, and promote brand growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing / Brand Manager –
    must
    .
  • Deep familiarity with the sports, fitness, and functional training world – strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Creative thinking, strong business understanding, and ability to lead end-to-end processes.
  • Excellent teamwork, independence, and interpersonal skills.
