We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team as a crucial part of our most important mission - connecting with our market. This role combines field marketing and social media responsibilities and requires a balance of strong project management skills and creative marketing capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute and coordinate field marketing operations, including events, partner activations, webinars, and conference presence.
  • Manage and grow Panax's social media presence—planning, posting, engaging, and reporting on results.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal and external partners to ensure stakeholders alignment and a seamless campaign management.
  • Support campaign execution, including email marketing, content promotion, and lead nurturing.
  • Own our social presence and assist with content creation - turning webinars, events, and interviews into compelling social and digital assets.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in B2B fintech marketing, including AI-driven tools and tactics.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or agency environments.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, event coordination, or field marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to measuring impact.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization - a strong plus.
