About The Role
We are looking for a highly qualified HRBP for our R&D department at
partner closely with our global leadership. This is a strategic as well as an hands on role that combines business understanding, deep people expertise, and the ability to drive processes end-to-end in a scaling environment.

As an HRBP at , you'll work directly with leaders from the executive team as well as with managers and teams to enable growth, drive performance, strengthen our culture, and ensure a best-in-class employee experience across the entire lifecycle. You will report directly to VP HR (that is leading the function and part of the executive team).

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.
  • Support managers with org design, team planning, and talent development.
  • Lead and execute HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and off boarding
  • Lead performance and growth processes: feedback cycles, calibration, manager enablement, and employee development.
  • Be a trusted advisor for employees and managers on all people topics: engagement, growth, conflicts, well-being, and more.
  • Analyze people data and trends to surface insights and drive decision-making.
  • Design and refine HR programs and processes to support a scaling organization.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong hiring processes and onboarding experiences.
  • Support compensation reviews, retention efforts, and career pathing.
  • Drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, alignment, and our DNA.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (IL/US) and maintain high-quality HR operations.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of HRBP experience in fast-growing tech companies or startups and 2+ years as a professional in other HR domains (TA, HR OPS, L&D, etc.)
  • Proven experience supporting managers and leadership in a scaling environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people programs to company goals.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with data-driven HR decision-making.
  • High integrity, empathy, and discretion.
  • Experience partnering with R&D or technical organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
