Job Description:

  • Analyze and define business processes according to organizational requirements, and propose optimal solutions from a variety of implementation and development options, with a broad system-wide perspective and familiarity with multiple SAP modules.
  • Design, document, and monitor approval cycles and workflows within the system, including building end-to-end processes and providing optimal solutions.
  • Analyze, define, document, and monitor reports related to approval cycles and workflows.
  • Define, document, and monitor auxiliary tools relevant to approval processes.
  • Prepare flowcharts and functional specifications.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring of existing workflows and approval cycles.
  • Diagnose issues and resolve errors in existing workflows and approval processes.
  • Optimize and streamline existing workflows and approval cycles.
  • Analyze, design, document, and monitor SAP Workflow approval cycles.
  • Work with Workflow object enhancements beyond the SAP standard.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree or completion of technological courses.
  • Experience working with multiple SAP modules, with a focus on the HR module.
  • Proven training and hands-on experience in various SAP domains.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with advanced versions of SAP Workflow.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Workflow object enhancements and non-standard workflow processes.
  • Experience with ABAP development.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Workflow within SAP S/4HANA.
