About the role:

As a Junior Full-Stack Engineer, you will focus on extracting and migrating business logic from HubSpot into our backend services, helping us create more scalable and reliable systems. You will work closely with senior engineers to build, improve, and maintain core backend functionalities across multiple domains. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on full-stack experience and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract and migrate business logic from HubSpot workflows into backend services.
  • Design, implement, and maintain backend features in across multiple domains.
  • Improve and optimize internal automations, integrations, and data flows.
  • Write impactful, clean & efficient code that will drive our business forward.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Debug and resolve issues on time.
  • Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve development processes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow as a full-stack engineer.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to backend development using or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Experience with low-code or no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
  • Hands-on experience through internships, personal projects, or academic work.
