We're looking for a GenAI First Engineer
to lead the integration of AI across our organization's operations.

In this role, you'll connect software, hardware, finance, and other departments through smart, scalable automation powered by generative AI.

Think of this person as
the architect who builds intelligent bridges between every team—making information flow automatically and intelligently across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Develop internal AI agents and automated workflows using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar.
• Integrate AI solutions deeply into our business tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, , CRM, ERP).
• Create intuitive internal web interfaces for teams to interact with AI tools seamlessly.
• Collaborate closely with departments across amp to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Establish robust monitoring to track performance, optimize automations, and ensure reliability.
• Train and empower amp employees to effectively utilize AI tools and automation solutions.
• Internal knowledge assistants that provide real-time responses to employee queries on processes, data, and policies.
• Document processing and auto-generation systems integrated with our productivity tools.
• Workflow automations that streamline task routing and information sharing across departments.
• Predictive AI systems to optimize inventory management, customer support, and operational efficiency.
• Real-time dashboards providing actionable insights and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

Required Technical Skills & AI & Automation Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript (React preferred).
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven ability to securely manage and process sensitive internal data.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-grade LLM-powered applications.
• Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience in prompt engineering, agent design, and workflow automation tools.
• Proven record of automating complex internal business processes with measurable ROI.

• Experience in operations or business process optimization.
• Background in fitness, health tech, IoT, hardware, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with community-driven digital platforms.
