We're currently recruiting for a
major military project
– a long-term, stable initiative at its early stages, offering a unique opportunity to grow, influence, and lead impactful work from the ground up.

We are looking for a seasoned expert in
Data Center and IT Infrastructure
(computing, storage, networking, and cybersecurity), combining deep technical expertise in planning, implementation, migration, and operations of complex IT systems with a strong
business and sales orientation
. Skilled in leading large-scale projects, managing pre-sales processes, and driving enterprise deals with
defense, government, and enterprise clients
. Adept at understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, negotiating, and closing strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with defense units (IDF), governmental agencies, and enterprise customers, identifying opportunities and capturing requirements ahead of tenders and unit establishments.
• Lead
  end-to-end pre-sales processes
  : develop value propositions, respond to RFP/RFI, deliver presentations, demos, and pricing proposals.
• Manage and expand strategic customer relationships and partnerships.
• Act as customer-facing project manager: monitor progress, provide executive reporting, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop annual strategic go-to-market plans for new territories and lead execution across functions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multi-disciplinary projects.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in
  Data Center design and deployment
  , advanced IT solutions architecture, and project management.
• Hands-on experience in
  IT system migrations
  across sites or to the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), including risk management and DRP/BCP planning.
• Strong background in working with
  defense and government clients
  , integrating regulatory and operational requirements into technology solutions.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems management: networking, security, servers, virtualization, storage, and multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with
  ITIL processes
  , automation, and performance optimization with Monitoring and ITSM tools.
• Experience in sales and complex customer engagement – a significant advantage.

Education & Certifications

• B.Sc. in Information Systems / Computer Science – advantage.
• Professional certifications:
• AWS Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect
• Google Cloud Engineer / Architect
• Cisco CCNP/CCNA
• VMware VCP
• Microsoft MCSE
• ITIL Foundation
