We are a fast-growing, luxury DTC eCommerce brand in the U.S. (8 figures), on the path to becoming a 9-figure leader in our niche. We're looking for a world-class operator with a big-picture mindset and hands-on execution skills, someone who can bridge CRO, content, creative, media buying, technology, and analytics to take us to the next level.

Role Overview

  • CRO & Hands-On Execution – Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, optimize product pages and existing funnels, and build new funnels (Bridge, Advertorials, Listicles, Post-Purchase flows).
  • Content & Creative Leadership – Lead a team producing top-quality content with a sharp creative eye aligned with a luxury brand.
  • Marketing & eCommerce Savvy – Plan offers, understand audiences, copywriting, scaling strategies, and stay updated with the latest from top founders and leading DTC brands.
  • Collaboration with Media Buying – Take a holistic, analytical view across all paid channels: guide scaling strategies, test new creative concepts, analyze performance, and step in hands-on when needed.
  • Direct Work with Founders/CEOs – Translate our ideas and directions into execution, both independently and with the team, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Product Pages & Customer Experience – Launch new product pages and maintain best-in-class user experience on-site.
  • Technical Skills – Implement new tools, integrations, and marketing systems.
  • Automation & Systems – Build and deploy automations and systems across departments (creative, content, media, analytics, operations) to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Data & Analytics – Analyze reports and insights to drive data-informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRO and conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing and especially media buying (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, AppLovin).
  • Proven experience managing content and creative teams.
  • Previous experience in brand or product management.
  • Strong design eye – must.
  • Proficiency with Shopify – must.
  • Strong skills with Google Sheets / data analysis – must.
  • Experience with software setups, integrations, and automations – big plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools – advantage.
  • Experience with CRO testing tools (A/B platforms) – advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Execution-driven personality – someone who gets things done quickly and at a high standard.
