- Drive new client acquisition to grow the portfolio of accounts, supported by inbound leads from BDRs and industry events.
- Own and manage a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring strong delivery outcomes and alignment with client goals.
- Actively support revenue growth by identifying follow on opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and helping scope future engagements.
- Participate in new business meetings, client workshops, and industry events, to generate and progress opportunities, including leads sourced through BDR efforts and events.
- Collaborate with technical and engagement teams to plan, execute, and review client deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership.
- Present engagement updates, findings, and recommendations in a clear, compelling way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to internal capability building, methodology development, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Navigate a matrix organization effectively, aligning client needs with Sygnia's services and internal teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience winning and growing client relationships in the United States, ideally within cybersecurity consulting or professional services.
- Seven to ten years of professional experience, including time in cybersecurity consulting, incident response, or security leadership role.
- Strong client service and consultative sales mindset, with the ability to build credibility, trust, and long term partnerships from initial engagement onward.
- Hands on, proactive working style with the ability to perform well in fast moving and high pressure environments and take ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities, including executive level client interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple teams and geographies.
- Positive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, grow and operate effectively in an evolving go to market environment.
- Academic degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, information security, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel within the United States approximately 20–25% of the time for client engagements and relationship development.
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with large U.S. enterprises or global organizations headquartered in the United States.
- Familiarity with US regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SEC, NYDFS, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
- Experience advising clients during incidents, crises, or other high stakes security situations.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, C-CISO, or GSTRT are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently grow accounts and expand client relationships over time.
